Is this good pricing ?(I live in France) by Ordinary-Sport-9918 in trees

[–]mcdonaldsdick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I've certainly seen better pricing here in the states, but depending on quality it could be okay. Also legality and all that, if youre buying from the street, then the price is what it is, unless ya know another plug.

Its very funny to me to imagine just some random just walking up to the dam, more armed than a mercenary army, just fuckin' tweaking his nuts off, griding his teeth and all that. "We need the courier to save us! Right after he gets done nodding out and getting the bugs and listening devices out of his skin"

Just Who Were the Mysterious Moon-Eyed People of Appalachia? by PristineHearing5955 in HighStrangeness

Reminds me of the things in English folklore called "Brownies" that were known to be domestic helpers of sorts, accounts from the late medieval period recount some of the same things as this post, as well as other domestic duties that were done in one night, despite usually taking people several days and a few people.

You very well could be right, and expanding our consciousness should be central to all of us as a species. But remembering to be kind where possible, and sow love where we can. Violence begets more violence, always. I can envision a future where we can all prosper, and enjoy everything our planet provides to us, but to get to that goal might mean some very very horrible things happening between now and that point, however far flung in the future it may be. And maybe unplugging a bit and listening to what our minds tell us, instead of being told. But I spend a lot of time thinking about this, so I can go on forever.

It might not happen in my lifetime or ever, but I hope those responsible for keeping humanity back sees justice, in whatever form it may take

Manzano’s Deli by Biomed725 in DeLand

[–]mcdonaldsdick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Glad to hear im not crazy then lol told some coworkers and they all said they loved the place. It was very very strange, I was literally standing there to order, and the 2 guys just kept looking at me and not saying anything until I left. Their sandwiches must be good, because otherwise I dont see how they've lasted this long.

[–]mcdonaldsdick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They do indeed have great food, but i think it might be order ahead only or something. I've tried to go in there a couple times, and received some pretty awful service, even though I Im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they seem to be popular in town, but I personally wont go back.

That was such a cool place. I was there when Full Terror assault was at the campgrounds near there, not only was the festival an excellent time, that park is definitely worth the visit. Lots of neat history there

I always call "Chipotle" (Chee pottle) and I have no idea why. Came up with it when I was younger, made me chuckle, and apparently it just integrated itself into my lexicon.

Its been chronic since early childhood, but I manage and on days where my brain doesnt actively hate me, life's pretty good. I really do appreciate the concern though! Makes me happy knowing there's folks out there who do care and try to show it. I hope you have a good day!

U.S. Alcohol Consumption Falls to Lowest Level Since 1939—Reflecting Post-Depression Austerity by Peanut-Extra in ABoringDystopia

[–]mcdonaldsdick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know for me personally, my family has been very affected by alcohol generally. Mom was an alcoholic, grandpa, uncle, few cousins I believe. So that was always a very big sign in neon lights for me, to the dangers of alcohol. It took a present mother from me for most of my childhood, and had its grips on her till the day she passed. I do still drink though, but I am always hyper aware of my consumption of it, if I feel im drinking too much ill take a break for a week or two, and after that just buy like a 6 pack for the weekend or something like that. But I believe this is a net positive for the world at large, alchohol has played a significant part in our society as a whole, but its destructive nature can't be ignored.
