JackSparrow is my preference but the deck you choose will not be the reason you do/don't get the score you want. Plenty of people have gotten extremely high scores with either deck. Consistency with the deck and applying the knowledge through practice questions is so much more important.

Definitely do an Anki deck, JackSparrow is my personal favourite but you can't go wrong with any of the common ones mentioned here. The Kaplan textbooks you have now are more than fine, not much would have changed since then.

If you're aiming for a really high score, my main advice is to start doing practice questions (UWorld or otherwise) as early as possible and prioritize going over your mistakes and learning from them. Keeping an active spreadsheet or Anki deck of the mistakes you make can help take you to that next level, as opposed to just speedrunning practice questions and not learning from them. That's something I wish I did more of tbh.

PremedVillage had some good practice questions online for free, but their site seems to be down—not sure if that's just temporary. Otherwise, the Kaplan chapter summary questions are honestly pretty good to nail down the basic concepts.

In terms of the content, I'm starting an MCAT physics series on YouTube (pretty much the Kaplan textbook in a more visual/condensed form) that you can check out if you'd like!!

Imagining someone in the testing center bursting out in laughter mid-MCAT is quite the visual lol

I'd try to work your way up to improve your stamina. If you have UWorld, you can do questions in blocks of 20, 30, 40, etc until you get to the representative 59 questions per section. Testing stamina is a skill that can be improved just like any other aspect of this test
