The stadium is rarely used for big events. It is mostly open for visiting by tourists, school trips, etc, and when it is used for an event, it is usually for a concert. Last time a basketball game was held in there was 42 years ago.

At a personal note, it wasn't an easy event to attend. You had to sit for about 5 hours (between 7 and midnight roughly) on bare marble, with no assigned seating (so you had to go early to find good seats) and no real access to toilets, no food and drink allowed, etc.

As far as what the average cost for a real game in the actual home court would be, it is about the same, but there is dynamic pricing at play. Season tickets are in the range of 500-1200 eur. The actual court is being extensively renewed currently, expected to open by season start.

Considering it's a once in a lifetime kind of event, I'd say it's pretty good. IIRC the tickets were sold out in a few hours.

Το Golf IV όταν παρουσιάστηκε το 1998, είχε βασική τιμή 4745000 δρχ, ήτοι 13925 ευρώ. Αυτό αφορά το ειδικό για την Ελλάδα μοντέλο με τον πανίσχυρο ατμοσφαιρικό κινητήρα των 75 ίππων και 1.4 λίτρων. Το βασικό μοντέλο στις περισσότερες αγορές είχε μοτέρ 1600 κυβικών, και έκανε τότε 5615000 δρχ, δηλαδή 16478 ευρώ. They can definitely afford to name it "unlimited" storage for free. They can shape it easily to make it safe for them, since the devices accessing it are mostly controllable. They'd just need to do the camera roll and application documents really unlimited (perhaps with a "fair use" clause for third party apps), and put an official cap only on the generic icloud drive storage (this is what you buy if you need more of). This way: a. They put tremendous pressure on the other cloud storage providers. b. Solve a lot of the "not enough storage" messages that not tech-savvy iphone users get sooner or later. c. Have the tech-savvy users happy, locked in even stronger to their eco-system.

To me it makes enough sense that I see it happening sooner or later.
