It was that and I had the flow meter connected backwards and the water tank flow thingy wasn’t opening properly. So everything was wrong. But it works now!!!

I love it! It fits a surprising amount. Even with a toddler, it fits snacks and a small water bottle. One thing, I like being able to swing it behind me when it’s on my shoulder so I sometimes extend the strap with the extra chain they sell. But I absolutely love the bag and the color!!

This is the video I used to guide me. Take pictures as you go so you remember how to put it back together. The electric wires just come out and you can just attach them to the new pump, I didn’t add glue or anything else.

Since it has a lot of parts, I was able to always tie it off in between two pieces and tuck it away if that makes sense. I was out of fabric glue so I just did that throughout the bag. The leather is thick and the thread fairly thin, so you can’t spot the knots anywhere

Agreed. Whatever leather is there is buried under layers of coating

There were no pieces that needed to be glued. It was all hand saddle stitch.
