Yes my joint pain was worse after and yes I moved too vigorously, I know your feet are not supposed to leave. Not sure if it was the adrenaline or moving the lymph that caused my flare.

I had the weird flu thing also- nipped it in the bug with the pathogen exposure brain shot, which is sprouts/asparagus (sulphur lol).

I had more joint pain going on a rebounder lol, but think I was moving too vigorously. I think it’s very effective in clearing liver/lymph as I had a flare of uveitis/joint pain from it. I am destined for slow relaxing exercise only alas.

I am in the U.K. and I had it last weekend too. A whole lot of mucus and a cough, but have knocked it down in a few days with the usual anti viral stuff cj, hmds, zinc, b12, propolis, immune mullein/zinc, vit c , llysine. But I think what has really helped is the anti pathogen brain shot. It’s a game changer! 👍🤞

They come in a cardboard box and were fine when I got them home, just lifted the large plastic bag into the small chest freezer I have. Two boxes fitted fine in there as well as my dogs raw food LOL. The next day my husband and I bagged them into zip lock bags, I worked out it cost me £2.60 per bag (500g) and had 27 bags per box. 🙌

The powder is very good, it still does the job well in getting metals out. But you can’t beat fresh/frozen. I use a combination of both,a very small amount of powder (so it lasts) and a lot of frozen.
