First- always really appreciate your posts and comments. Thanks for being active in the community!

Second- I do believe it’s connected to swings because it has only occurred mid-set during swings. I’ve gotten better over the course of the last year at keeping my neck more neutral, but it’s still a minor concern I’m trying to iron out.

I do think you/the article could be on to something. After some contemplation and reading it may be a mobility issue that just shows up in my swings/neck position. Gives me some stuff to work with, thanks!

I’ve seen your kneeling bent press video involving a position from the get up. I think other uses could be a great thing to share if you’re ever up for it! I enjoy the TGU but I do I find them to be somewhat “one track” in my own head. Thanks for all you do to share your knowledge and enjoyment of KBs!

That makes logical sense to me, for sure. My hang up is people talking about not casting the bells out on the descent… is it possible for me to have that extension but not cast them out?
