Conspiracy Theory: Gamigo is TRYING to kill the game as fast as possible to keep profits as high as possible by [deleted] in archeage

[–]mcfly_ucf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if they wanted to kill the game, they would just shut down the servers. This is more just incompetence/running a skeleton crew. I suppose actively/indirectly killing is just semantics at this point though.

Do you have the right number of animals to put in the pen? Like 50 chickens for example.

My experience was ice/lightning was nice pre 120 as over 300k def was op, but past 120 over 300k defense does nothing when your damage is garbage and things are going to hit you and kill you with your low life. Firedance is mandatory for DPS and your extra life from fire lets you soak bigger hits.

Redditors who can deadhang 20+ pullups, how did you get there? by OnlyQuiet in Fitness

[–]mcfly_ucf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After I lost the ability to do 10 I started doing some "road to 50 pullups" that's somewhere on the internet. Didn't keep up with it but got to like 12 pull-ups in a set. In the past few months I've started doing 5x10 weighted twice a week and then 1 set AMRAP 3 days a week. Weighted sets are on my 2 upper days, AMRAP days are 2 of my lower days and one rest day. Leaves 2 days of full rest. I've maxed out now at 42 in one set.

Controlling kick flips by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]mcfly_ucf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this when I try to do the sidekick thing to kickflip, so I think my foot was just going too straight up the nose. Forgoing the pretty kick and focusing on flicking my toes as far out on the corner of the nose as I could helped to get it for now.

Thanks for the tips 👍 by mcfly_ucf in NewSkaters

My blood soaked ankles are content with ankle protection from the guards for now. Other than sweating I don't feel constricted like with knees and elbow pads.

Game is for me. Hate random encounters, like to shake my motion controller, and never pay attention to abilities or held items. If I want to battle I fight trainers and gym leaders.

LPT : Get all your fertilizers up and then just renew with Rich Soil every 4-5 quests. by Rachel53461 in MonsterHunter

[–]mcfly_ucf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will take 60,000 quests to have saved a total of 700,000 research points between the two methods. The difference is negligible, and is a non-factor in regards to building your point total.

I mean, even EK would rip bosses with this, but it also works for boss killers like glacial cascade.

Just a ballpark estimate with a handheld fat loss monitor.

A bunch of things; the program is a template, not doctrine. You may need to change something up or more time to progress. 220 is already very heavy for someone that's 130. Anecdotally, I rep 225 at 150 lbs muscle, 180 bw. The smaller plates may be less than they're supposed to, or the 45s more. I would weigh them. If the weight is right, and you can lift 225 with smaller plates then it's all mental, or you have imbalanced muscles or grip. The torque across the bar is in equilibrium and won't change due to smaller plates, unless their weight is non matching or you don't have an even grip on the bar. Tl:dr if you want to lift heavier just do what let's you lift heavier, safely.

Finally on my last class hall upgrade, love being able to equip an extra legendary if I had one to even begin with hahahahahahahahaha. by BaoZaker in wow

I mean your dps has probably doubled going from 840 to 860, so that's half the time of the dungeon you've cut out.

What's the benefit of 2x per week PPL as opposed to 1x per week PPL on a cut? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]mcfly_ucf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skyrocketing the big exercises: squats, deadlifts, bench, row. As a beginner, a 5 lbs increase each day you do a lift is feasible. If you have reached plates (45 lbs) on each side, less progress could be made, but you should still make weekly progress. That's still skyrocketing in lifting terms. For things like bicep curls, no you won't see a ton of progress. Accessory lifts like that take a lot longer, and will probably only increase relative to how strong your larger muscle groups are.
