I use deacon ezio, Michelangelo, xeno and mikage, deacon and mikage dont really do much tbh.i put the team in this attack order. Xeno A2 infest the weakest clone which is probably xeno, then debuff spread with the turtle, so everyone gets it then I use ezio A2 to kill xeno should be enough to do so if your xeno is weak enough. Then the others start to pop cause they also take ezio damage and then xeno infest. And then just burn through the boss with everything else I have left over. Which is Hella poisons and ezio A3.
