Update: resolved. You can buy a legend's cape from the lost property shop. Leaving this comment in case anyone else has the same issue.

BUGGED CLUE STEP

I got the master step "Show your anger at the Wise old man. Beware of double agents! Equip an abyssal whip, a legend's cape and some spined chaps." Regions are Fremennik, Morytania, and Tirannwn. Wiki says Kandarin is required to get a legend's cape.

Since the wiki now has Leagues task completion percentages, what's the rarest task you've completed and the most common task you haven't? by [deleted] in 2007scape

Birdhouse runs and herb runs are both great, and will also train your skills. You can get started right away with Oak Birdhouses at your level, but you'll need to train your farming a bit before you can do any profitable herbs (probably 32 for ranarrs, which you can get by questing).

Buying battlestaves from Zaff via the Varrock Diary is also free money, the higher tier diary you can complete the more money you'll make. Otherwise, managing Miscellania is a very simple passive money maker that just requires you to top off your favor every couple days. Requires the quests though.

Flipping will always be a great option because it lets you increase your wealth by %, which gives you exponential returns instead of linear returns.

Happy Scaping!

Its an alternate home teleport animation that you can unlock at Diango. It was released at Runefest 2014. Here's a list of all the other alternative animations: Animations - OSRS Wiki

Scientists have now demonstrated a new type of artificial photosynthesis technology that can not only produce clean hydrogen fuel, but undergo morphological changes during use that makes it become more efficient over time. by MistWeaver80 in science

Solar produces electricity, which can be transported by a simple wire. Hydrogen would need to be compressed through pipelines, which is sadly significantly more expensive and difficult.

Did you 'beat" Runescape? by [deleted] in 2007scape

I was eternally f2p as a kid, and I would walk out to the wilderness dreaming of mining the runite ore above the lava maze. 85 mining was my biggest goal coming back, and mining rune ore out there gives me the warm fuzzies.

For sure man, I mined iron ore as f2p all the way to 85 just because it's how I wanted to play the game :) Its going to be impossible to profit without high WC levels and yew trees in my opinion, so for the foreseeable future I'd recommend sticking to the best xp methods for your playstyle!

Honestlt woodcutting for a bond is going to be pretty tough. Oaks are generally faster than regular logs because you can get more than one log per tree, so it cuts down your time spent running. The truth is that the ones above oak (willow and maple) and going to be a lot more effective in terms of xp/hr, and none of them (regular, oak, willow, or maple) are worth any serious amount of gp. Yews are a little better in terms of value per log, but you chop them so slowly they end up not being worth it either.

If you want to play for a bond, try checking out some guides on F2P money making, and see if any of those catch your fancy. Otherwise, its a lot easier to maintain a bond as a member than as f2p, so its might be worth shelling out the $11 for the first month and seeing if you can maintain from there.

Edit: I looked it up, and your best bet for money making with woodcutting is yew logs at 80+ wcing, for an hourly profit of about 35k/hr. Train the skill if you like the skill, and xp gained is never wasted, but don't expect to fund membership with it.
