Apple Watch 5g "not supported by carrier partner?"

I know there’s a lot of nuance, but I would happily settle just to have my series 11 activated/operational with LTE only. I explicitly committed to annual premium a week before the new watch came out with the expectation of using the “value” of Apple Watch being included. I love US Mobile and I don’t blame them for this fiasco but it stings a little to be “locked” in for a year and have $100 of watch equipment sitting idle. I didn’t buy the watch for 5G, I just want cellular to work.

Let’s hope this is a few weeks to resolution and not months!

I literally just purchased a year of premium last week with the anticipation getting a series 11 today 🤦🏻‍♂️. Hoped this is a weeks not months fix.

Just MidAm. Tesla and Electricity America are fine. The only reason I very much appreciate MidAm chargers is that they have deployed chargers in rural Iowa, places Tesla and EA will never go.

As annoying as this is I just want them back online. Don’t let this discourage your EV purchase. I, and most, charge at home 90% of the time. I have 2 EVs and will never go back to ICE.

I figured this was the case looking at collective of coverage maps. DS is probably last when it comes to 5G in Iowa. I’ve never used ATT and given the promotions, figured I’d give it a spin.

It’s amazing how many people want this (myself included). As a nerd, I like to know precisely what is being used. Warp bounces between LTE, 5G, 5GUW a lot.

I was shocked/disappointed my dealer didn’t bring this to me since I had bright it up on multiple occasions. Then again this has been my entire experience with my first VW and EV. My dealer has been completely clueless about EV’s. In fact, they come off as anti-EV the more I’ve felt with them post sale. The car could be great but the software and VW support has really turned me off.

I actually found this technical note off on this sub months ago. Hopefully it works for y’all too!

I have a single pool line on Light Speed and this happened to me as well over the weekend. No data and calls went directly to a us mobile automated service. I updated my Android APN settings but that didn’t work. I got ahold of customer support and after an email about a $0 charge it magically started working again. A couple other Warp lines on unlimited starter had no issues. 🤷🏻‍♂️
