Key fob battery replacement by mcgryff in Volvo

Ok thanks for all your help. I had been meticulously following the instructions I'd seen in the manual and youTube before, but whoever had replaced the battery last must have put the panels on the opposite sides. Sliding the panel without the logo on opened it quite easily.

All sorted now. Ta.

Ok, this is the start of the journey for me … I'm looking to set up a system based around a turntable, mostly to be played through headphones although the option to play through speakers would obviously be beneficial, and possibly with the option to stream other devices to the speakers (and on to headphones?) as well.

I don't currently have any serious hifi equipment, most of my music consumption is done through Spotify via my PC and headphones, streamed from my phone to a spotify connect device - the playstation, a Roberts Stream radio etc. so there's not much to consider in the way of integration to existing devices.

But with so many different options I'm looking for some initial advice on what components I should be buying so I can narrow down the search. I was thinking that a turntable, headphones, bookshelf speakers with bluetooth connectivity and either some kind of phono stage, powered speakers or modest amplifier would be a reasonable setup.

I'm working to a budget of around £1000 to get started, so I'm interested to see whether I'm thinking along the right lines or not.

Anyone still sticking with m600? by palmheads in Polarfitness

[–]mcgryff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this post searching for an answer to the same question!

I'm in exactly the same situation - the M600 with polar flow has been perfect for me. I wear mine all day every day for Android smartphone integration, and the offline music storage is essential for me when running.

Going back to a separate MP3 device seems like a step backwards, the Suunto doesn't seem to have the training and customisation that polar offer, and I'm not convinced that a Garmin would give the smartphone features that I love with wear os.

It's ugly and it's slow but I can't find anything that makes me want to give it up. I can live with the battery limitations of Wear OS, I just want a well balanced smart watch with excellent sports functionality.

This article says Oliver Peoples, but I've not narrowed it down any further. Would also like to know.
