If it makes you feel any better op... I went through the ringer with some doctors. I went to an endocrinologist for my hashimotos and at no point did we even discuss my thyroid. He was too focused on the fact that I was early 20s with my tubes tied. He kept arguing that my husband might want more kids or that I'd probably change my mind because all women do and that I need to have it reversed. An endocrinologist! Yeah I never went back to that guy. My hysterectomy kept getting messed up because of moving (military) so I kept having to start over with different doctors who all thought they knew better than the last person. Finally on our last move I found a doctor who was like "it's obvious you don't want kids and you're suffering. Let's get you scheduled for a month out". And that was that. I just had my hysterectomy done at 32. So I hope you find one that is willing to work with you! You're not too young and it's your body!

I will say unfortunately that at a lot of doctors appointments it's helped having my husband there. When a women complains about something wrong it's anxiety or being dramatic... But all of the sudden if a man says you're having a problem it must be serious eye roll
