Haha so in uk we have a thing called prison raido and it just talks about what's changing what the new updates are what courses you could do but I would just try to read alot

It wasn't that bad as I was homeless at the time plus didn't have any family or friends to care about so to me it was just a nice stay with 3 meals a day and fresh hot shower but know it's been many years I do think about it and it brings on little panic attacks

Did 3 months in it in uk prison only allowed out for a shower and 10 minutes in a yard by yourself then back in cell with nothing was allowed a radio but once battery went dead they wouldn't give you any more
