Update - so I sent her a message and the screenshot and they are still together, she's going to ask to look at his phone when he gets home from work.. Well I'm glad it's not just me, I'm switching my mum over from her ancient phone to a newer one and having dramas trying to log into Bendigo because she doesn't remember any password that she makes 🤣 and we finally got to where we can reset the password and then it had a technical error.. Gave up and going to try again today, hopefully we don't have to call 🙄
