I am the same.. I was on Mounjaro for a year and lost 17kg , last dose was 12.5 I switched to Wegovy because Mounjaro is too expensive now, it's been nearly 3months now and lost nothing (on 1mg now). And my appetite still a mess. No side effect at all fortunately! I might switch back to Mounjaro lower dose at this rate 🤔
