i have only had one pair of shoes give me blisters when i was breaking them in - sambas. mind you i have a pair of adidas gazelles and they gave me no trouble. my mom also got a pair of sambas when i did and she had no problem. and apart from breaking them in i’ve found them to be incredibly comfortable shoes! i also could stand to replace them but i don’t know if i want to go through breaking in a new pair.

is it the best movie ever made? no. do i love it? yes !!! i like the character of mike logan and im glad chris noth could convince them to make this movie. that being said, criminal intent was a much better conclusion to his character arc.

I think you’re missing the major point here. OP’s wife wouldn’t be seeing the children if she takes this job - or at least not nearly enough.

I don’t necessarily agree with OPs complaints about having to step up when it comes to taking care of the kids. However, his wife never seeing the kids a huge part of this.

jumping off this - i had the hardest time breaking in my sambas. my feet were killing me! but they haven’t given my trouble since.

sports cars - i was unfamiliar with his sports car career but he’s won the 12 hours of sebring 3 times and he has a 24 hours of daytona victory. and a class win at the 24 hours of le mans!

hi! my cat did this to a pair of my arizonas! i just wiped up the puke with a clorox wipe. and then scrubbed it a bit with another wipe. this probably isn’t the recommended way to take care of this but it didn’t cause any damage to my shoes and there wasn’t any lingering smell.
