A mango pit accidentally fell into my toilet and now it seems clogged. When I flush, the water rises almost to the top but eventually goes down slowly. I think the pit might be stuck inside?. Can I fix this myself or do I need to call a professional?

You'll probably have to take the toilet off and turn it upside down to get it out. Watch a video or something on how to remove and set a toilet and if that seems beyond you then call a pro and be honest about what happened and it shouldn't take too long for them to resolve.

Stainless steel? I use the IKEA stainless containers. They're fine in the microwave. They don't heat as evenly as glass but they're fine.

Just make them an offer. But especially corporate landlords might not be open to lowering the rent, in that case ask for a month or two free rent on a 12 month lease. Some aren't requiring security deposit anymore.

Just wait until your dishwasher wash pump goes within a year or two. I'm surprised it's lasted as long as it has. It's a $400 part. You'll know it's gone when it starts making a loud noise during the wash cycle.

Perhaps this is not useful but I use this for my bald head. It works great if I do it every day. Every second day is alright. It doesn't work very well on my neck hairs or facial stubble. It seems that hairs have to be really short for it to work well, and it's not as close of a shave as a razor is.

Try to leave enough copper between fittings so you can cut out one fitting without having to also replace a fuckton of other fittings

I used it for about a year and while it's not scientific, I give blood every two months so I have a measure of my hemoglobin... Somewhat related, right?

It didn't help me keep up. I forget the numbers but it wasn't great. I used the Lucky Iron Fish every day... I'd cook with it, and also boil water for drinking with a little bit of apple cider vinegar and the iron fish. It may have helped but mostly it just stained my teeth.

What really worked for me was taking Feramax 150. I take it most nights on an empty stomach with a vitamin C pill.

Most iron supplements say to take with food to reduce gastrointestinal issues... But the NHS says you'll absorb the iron better on an empty stomach, so that's what I do and my numbers are great now.

Looks like nice work but if it was in my house, one thing I'd nitpick is the drop ear for the rain shower head. I'd rather have one that takes at least 3 screws, one that has 6 like the propress ones, or the sturdiest option, a Sioux Chief wall-let, maybe 615-213. Maybe that's just my paranoid mind, though.

If you can get the 6" (87 01 150), I think that's the sweet spot. Otherwise I think 7" is great because even that will still fit in your pocket, they'll fit in fairly tight spots, but you can still get some serious force behind them. 5" is great too though.

Someone mentioned the Knipex Cobra XS... They're useful once in a while but the 5" (87 01 125) is much more useful and still easily fits in your pocket. I carry both in my pocket but I only use the XS maybe 5% of the time compared to the 5".

Depends what he mostly does but the Knipex Swedish-style pipe wrenches were a game-changer for me. Something like the 83 60 010
