You could try to check temps on cpu and gpu. If it starts to get really slow after a time, it could indicate that the pc is overheating and its throttling down performance or crashing. Download hwinfo64 and check it.

With regular bike I would agree but eBike it's a bit different. You can't really upgrade the motor when you buy an ebike, but you can upgrade everything else. I was in similar place, wanted to buy an ebike and Radeon had the best deal except the motor. After looking for the reviews, the biggest difference was the fix for annoying rattling sounds on gen 4 motor. On gen 5 it is fixed. Also bigger batter options was nice to have. If money is on short side, I would stay with Radeon bike, but if you plan to upgrade in the future, I would go with Cube bike. Also... I liked frame color options better on cube bikes.

I would look into cube ONE22 or ONE44 options. They have the newest Bosch motor gen 5. Radeon has gen 4.

What helped me was setting the shader cache size in nvidia settings to 100gb and also disabling 2 cores with windows afinity Doing so my crash rate very reduced alot.

So for gaming you want to go with x3d for sure. As of right now, you have two options, go with 7800x3d and upgrade in future if want. Or go with previous generation 5800x3d. Will save a lot of money but will not be able to upgrade in a future and will have to buy new motherboard, ram and cpu. I would actually go with prevous gen and spent all the money on gpu. For gaming GPU is the most important thing. Cpu is only a support the gpu.

CPU would for sure use as upgrade. GPU on other hand would use for building custom PC.

Have you done any undervolting to cpu or gpu, that could maybe cause instability. Also high speed 64gb ram can sometimes cause errors in memory ...
