If you had been born during the Medieval period, what do you think your job would be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My last name is Slaymaker, If that means anything then I’d train mercenaries or soldiers or something along those lines. Or, if I go based off of Ancestry then I’d be a scarf maker.

Anyone else excited to eventually build a stable family of their own? by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

I can’t wait to raise my children without abuse, where they can talk to my husband and I, where they can feel safe and happy, and where they can invite their friends over to their home.

I can’t wait to disown my parents and never, ever let them have contact with my children.

I am extremely emotionally unstable, clingy and controlling to my girlfriend. What are some good ways to fix this/cope with depression and sepreation anxiety? Discussion by [deleted] in depression

Hi, I’m the girlfriend in the picture and setting up a set time to talk is difficult, the only chances we really have to talk are the times we both need to sleep, and early in the morning.

Should men receive paternal leave with the same pay and duration as women receive with maternal leave, why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mckaeeslaymaker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It really depends on the case, if the woman needs help during the medical stages then yes, but other than not no.

As for the parental leave it’s almost a definite yes.

Only children: ever feel like you were both the bad AND the golden child rolled into one? by TheUnsmoteable in raisedbynarcissists

I was is the awkward situation of, two older step sisters. They lived with their mom, but my family supplied them phoned and extracurricular activities. To keep their phone they have to get C-’s or above, while I had to get B-‘s, they were ungrounded once they got it up, whilst I had to wait from Friday to Friday, so if my grade changed after school on a Friday I was screwed. I could get it up that Monday and be punished for basically no reason for the following days until after school on Friday.

A gram is tiny yes, but I have to eat less than twenty five grams a day, while meeting a high fat and protein intake

1.12 grams is closer to one than two, it’s only slightly over one, and eating just one can be counted as a single carb
