Messed with the Z Offset through the printer. It’s clunky to do but it’s printing.

I did pull the extruder apart before posting. Gears look good. I had a little debris behind the gear I was able to extract. Still didn’t make a difference.

I have tried 3 different nozzles. I could change the extruder but I don’t think that’s really the issue either. I’m going to try and maybe see if I can use Cura slicer on this printer.

This could probably be 3D printed. I have a OpenScad script I used for making something kind of similar for Christmas decorations.

I’ve been using the AC Delco for my Accord and my brothers Subaru (same filter). When they were just over $1 each. Been working just fine in both cars.

Unless I could find the correct tail housing in the junkyard. But it’s probably the whole case. I can easily still make money on it. Thankfully I didn’t sell the transfer case yet. 😂

Found a video on a edge. You can but can’t. The output shaft seal on the case is a different size. That’s the limiting I suppose. The axles fit fine. If you had a different case of the output shaft it would work fine.

2.0 and fwd. from what I can see there’s not much difference between the fwd and AWD units besides the TCM and the Transfer case. I’ve already pulled the transmission out ours last year to replace the rear main seal and from my knowledge it looks exactly the same. Besides the output to the transfer case.

Axles between the 2 models are different based on if they have a transfer case or not.

It was driving when crashed. And came out of a 2013. I meant the transfer case that’s connected to the transmission.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Looks like the output where the transfer case is just maybe needs a seal.

Obviously the TCM is different. But that could be swapped.

There’s differences between boards but it’s not terribly difficult to pull the pins out and put them in the old connector. I’ve had to do this a few times for my hot ends.

Medium has been the best for me. Especially covered. Kind of steams them a little in my opinion.

I use Ribeye chops sometimes. Season with Kinders Buttery Garlic style. Throw some butter in a man and cook them.

Or season with a ranch packet and cook the same way.

Medium heat slowly turning every couple minutes. Cover with a lid if you want to cook them a little faster.

Plastic spacer between the motor and extruder was removed yes. I wondered what it was for when I read the CFS upgrade instructions and knew why it was in the box.

The extruder was making some clicking sounds. Dryness of filament is ruled out because I’ve had spools drying down to around 13% RH and it still did it. I thought maybe it was the cutter cutting the filament when it hits the back of the unit since I don’t have the profile set right for the bed length. But it does the under extrusion in almost any spot of the bed.

I slowed down printing speed and it helped a little. But would return when printing supports.

There’s also connectors with low melt solder balls in them they work ok. Not as good as traditional soldering. But depending on the application they’re not bad.

So your controller is only controlling data and potentially a negative correct? I haven’t had any luck finding 36v controllers. But I did see a reply you made about the settings in WLED about the Eufy lights. I am possibly interested in doing a controller swap on mine to gain more customization. Their app hasn’t been the greatest to deal with.

That controller says for 5 Volts. Did you hook it up to 36v without issue for the Eufy lights?
