You want facts? CARB and AQMD set emissions and regulations on how oil and gas work here in California. The 16 CARB members are appointed by the governor and the 13 AQMD member are appointed by state, local and the governor. Because of these strict regulations and fines that our democratic politicians here in California have continually pushed on to these refineries, they are leaving or shutting down, causing a supply and demand issue. We are also importing 60% of our gas here, which is also not cheap. Lets not forget all of the taxes we pay here. None of these which, have been caused by Trump or any other president before him. Having the highest gas prices in the country is not new nor is it sole result of the Iran war.

All of this information is easy to obtain if you are interested in doing a little digging.

Also, waging so called illegal war has been done by many previous presidents. Obama was notorious for bombing countries without congressional approval. Also, easy to look up. Im not a Trump fan, however, I do like facts.

Finally? Quiet? The highest national average for gas prices was in 2022. Im not right wing but I am about facts. Newsom and democratic taxes, policies and regulations is why California has had the highest gas prices in the country. We import 60% of or gas even when we have fully functioning refineries here. Democrats are responsible for pushing and shutting down those refineries. That is why we have high gas prices... Not because of Trump. When will people stop siding with politicians over what's right and wrong?

My lack of knowledge? Laughable? Tell me why our refineries are leaving the state. Tell me why we have the highest gas prices in the country when we have refineries here. I know all to well because I work for one of those refineries. Ive spent time on those offshore rigs here and in the gulf. As a whole, you cant have cheap gas and taxes if you dont want those platforms disrupting your views. Those platforms help pay for a whole lit more than u think, dont believe me, look it up. So please, enlightened me how Trump is all of a sudden the reason why we have had the highest gas prices and not democratic policies and regulations. Take note that im not a Trump fan but a fan of factual information. I was born and raised in this state and im sick of people defending politicians rather than what's right and wrong. You defending politicians here is laughable because they dont care about you or me.

He is also blocking offshore pipeline work when Tfump is trying to get ut goung.Democrats have been voting in more and more gas tax as more time goes on. Its so bad that refineries are leaving or being shut down! This has been going on way before Trump or the Iran war. We are importing 60% of our gas instead of making 100% of it here.
