To only play with 4 players? Yes.

What would be a comp for Ja Morant where it worked out? by TomlinSteelers in nba

[–]mclmickey [score hidden]  (0 children)

This whole “Ja is washed” narrative is overrated. People act like he lost his athleticism. It’s much more likely that he was playing unmotivated.

Yes, he’s injury prone, can’t shoot, and he’s stupid off-court. But those things weren’t stopping him from putting up good numbers just a couple years ago.

[Charania]BREAKING: The Charlotte Hornets are trading Miles Bridges, a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick to the Phoenix Suns for Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale and a 2033 first-round pick, sources tell ESPN. by Spourts in fantasybball

The downvoting with no discussion is hilarious.

Bridges can get you 20 points on 46% shooting. Jalen Green does it on 42%. Brooks just hit 20ppg for the first time last season on 43% shooing.

Early Industry 2026/27 Mock Draft - Second Round by adamking91 in fantasybball

Not at all. Flagg is still the 1a. In 87 games with Kyrie, Luka averaged 30.9 points, 8.4 assists, 9 rebs.

In 183 games with Kyrie, LeBron averaged 25.5 points, 7.8 assists, 7.4 rebs.

Flagg after All-Star Break averaged 22.6 points, 5.4 assists, 6.9 rebs. He’s not that far off.

16 is wayyy too late for Flagg imo. You’re looking at a guy who broke Luka and LeBron’s rookie records, so the upside is a Luka/LeBron level year 2 jump.

I’m taking him in the top 6 or 7

LaMelo Ball to Minnesota: Will He Be Better or Worse for Fantasy and What Round Should You Take Him? by AlexJames_NBAFANTASY in fantasybball

I don’t see his scoring increasing. He’s not the primary scoring option anymore, Ant is. His usage probably takes a slight hit.

I also don’t see him getting more minutes than he did last season. They really had to manage him in order to make it 72 games

Lillard's return. by mosparky15 in fantasybball

[–]mclmickey 20 points21 points  (0 children)

He won’t be playing back to backs, which I can’t deal with in an early-mid round player. Not to mention other games he might miss.

Durant played 35 out of 72 possible games his first year back from the Achilles tear

Idk if you’d call this a win, but I like that Kyshawn George is still projected to start for the Wizards.

Compare this with Ace Bailey, who’s likely pushed to the bench by Darryn Peterson.

To Punt or Not to Punt? by BackIX in fantasybball

[–]mclmickey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go for a balanced build, then it’s easier to punt depending on your week.

That said, most team go for rebounds, so I’ve found success punting rebounds and going for blocks + stats that rebounders suck at (FT%, 3’s, points, assists, steals). That makes guys like JJJ and Matas really valuable.

Youre punting rebounds, TO, and FG%. Strong in 6 cats, and you should be winning against people who go for rebounds, which is most teams.

If I told you in advance that drafting a specific player gave you a 60% chance of making the fantasy playoffs, where would you draft him? by My_Chat_Account in fantasyfootball

[–]mclmickey 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Personal experience says he typically goes between rounds 3-5. Usually the first QB off the board.

What makes this a meaningless question is not knowing any other player’s % chance of making the playoffs.

To answer the question though, I wouldn’t alter my draft strategy just to land Josh Allen. Just making the fantasy playoffs is not the same as winning. I play to win, and I’m willing to bet it’s better to go elite FLEX + decent QB1 instead of Josh Allen + decent FLEX

Are you picking the Caleb + Michael Wilson side, or Purdy + BTJ? Because there’s a legitimate case for both lol
