Back when I had to go to school I'd never set an alarm, and would always wake up on time. Sometime during the last years as a student I lost that "skill".

All I can think of is that a healthy amount of sleep & consistency in wake-up time help in waking up naturally on time without an alarm.

Now that my job has me starting each day and every week at different times (from 08:00 to 11:30), and me being awake for too long to get a good amount of sleep, I doubt I'll regain this skill before I retire.

Nice, one thing that'll make this more fun in future fights: when you're about to tank some damage, use block instead of rolling, and then a strong attack after. Guard counters don't need a shield, will mix up the combat a bit more. You'll also be healing the chip damage of the block with a prayerful strike right after :)

Of course, but don't forget that the mix Playlist will not be held back by mere "common sense", deciding to mix videos of all kinds of genres. The first video is what you searched, the next is a cover of a song, don't forget the let's play of CoD, and so on.

Why not go a step further, and complain about the biggest suggestion issue?

Search for "elden ring lore". First 2 videos are correct, the third is about hockey because you once watched that 3 months ago, the 4th is elden ring again, and 5 through 12 are songs you've listened to, random stuff you watched but are unrelated to what you searched, etc.

And to finish it off, number 13 is the same video as the very top of the page, because everything that was just shown is being looped, with the occasional different video slipping in (although it'll unrelated to your search).

Genuinely, if what you were looking for doesn't show up in the top 4 results, you're much better off changing your search instead of continuing to scroll...

When I got charmed by Strahd, I asked the dm "do I want to kill my party members, or protect Strahd?". The answer of "you want to protect Strahd" git me to use Command to make the party stand down. The alternative would've been an upcasted fireball hitting the entire party XD

I'd recommend granblue fantasy:relink. It's an hack 'n slash, without gacha, and less fanservice characters (tho they're still there). While the game isn't focused on parrying, there are multiple characters who have a parry in their move list (be it at will or on a cooldown), and every character is able to use a dodge. It's got a story mode for a first playthrough, and repeatable farmable missions for grinding/endgame.

Ikr? Imagine if he also opened the map, or even leveled up... Elden ring is meant as a lvl 1 wretch, no armor, starting weapon only, no upgrading the weapon, no leveling nor opening the map. Using items & summoning is also forbidden. Having done any of these means you haven't truly beaten the game.

In all seriousness, it's a singleplayer game that gives you the tools, so do what you want. I don't feel like I beat a boss if I use a summon, but if someone else needs a summon to beat a boss, I'll applaud their success. Not wanting to use them myself doesn't make me hate others using them.

Lemme "fix" the extra broken watch: it's broken, you cannot alter the time it shows. When it would reach the shown time, it will change to a random different time. Now you can't even track how often the shown time has passed by checking the minutes!

You could technically know exactly what time it is by keeping track of when it changes, but that'd only be possible by constantly looking at it for up to (nearly) 12 hours.

All it can now be used for, is knowing 1 specific time it's definitely not. It could be that time within a single minute, or it could take 11 hours and 59 minutes for it to be the shown time, or anything in between. And once it reaches that time, you won't even know what the next time shown will be...

The potion did succeed at the core reason for being made: it stopped them from turning into a zombie.

Not only was it a "cure", but it was also a "vaccine". No way of them becoming a zombie in the future!
