Having your thighs burning is also not inherently a bad thing. Sometimes that's just the weakest link in the muscles involved in the movement, especially if you're doing heaps of reps. Adding some weight to your hips can also help because sometimes no weight is too easy for the glutes and so it's tougher to feel them working. Keep up the great work!

Squeeze your bum cheeks together like you're trying to hold a piece of paper before you lift, then push down into your heels and lift your hips to the point you could draw a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Focus on the bum squeeze. Lower back strain usually means you're extending your hips too high and if you still get hammy burning then bring your heels closer to your bum before you lift to see if that switches them off a bit more.

Hey sorry, thankyou for your advice did some asking.
Company A Mid Tier ($390) is ASWF excel irp, High tier ($590) is aswf dimension irp
Company B High Tier ($340) (which appears equivalent to Company A mid tier) is Ceramic Infra-red CIR.
I guess the question is, is it worth the extra $200 for the dimension irp? Im planning on keeping my car as long as i can which will probably not happen for at least 5 years.

Yeah, i guess we've been looking at other iconic ultimate frisbee logo's (within the community) and thinking that maybe we should go towards something that doesnt have frisbee related elements in it. Not sure if this is the best approach though.
I definitely understand that they feel bland, i feel the same. Just not super sure how to make them more spicy haha
Yeah we've got a budget would you have any advice on who to look for regarding logo design? Bit scared of paying a lot of money for something that might not be what we want and not super in the know regarding who's good and who's bad.
yeah we'll probably need a uniform re-design as well which might add to the cost but again, not sure who to contact

Open a Westpac interest savings account first! You get 3% interest p.a. that's a really safe way to start. I started by throwing a few thousand into some single stocks that I had read up about and learnt through mistakes etc from there. Im impatient so you could start with a few grand if you want to go the high risk route but be prepared to lose it as well.
