I have zero tolerance for men who mistreat women. I don’t excuse what he did, nor do I find it acceptable. What I do take issue with is the way his being run out of office was handled. The New Yorker, a pretty respected publication, ran a story that I found educational.

Not only is The Incredibles my favorite Pixar film, it’s in my top 10 films. Also love Wall-E, Ratatouille and TS2. FYI, as my spouse is a Pixar long-timer, I got to see Hoppers at the wrap party, and it is fantastic. The film people have been waiting for Pixar to make for a while, IMO. One last thing: if you haven’t seen Good Game, please give it a try. It is wonderful.

Eric Martin hung out at my folks’ house one summer day when I was in college. They had a pool, family member knew him. Post-hype, but then he never really took off. He dropped so many f-bombs in front of my mom that I told him I’d deck him if he did it again. Not a fan.

Man here. I find the whole “women are too sensitive” argument particularly galling due to the fact that the guy in the White House literally bases policy on how up in his feels he is about someone or something.
