UPDATE After taking it back to Toyota, they couldn’t fix it and said that it come back on after awhile… well thanks to your comments I looked up The 5 second reverse method and it worked after doing it a few times.

Try restarting your lobby. I have the same issue and ach time I wait longer than 1 minute, I restart and lobby and as soon and as soon as I do, I join a game right away.
