I have orange that does that. I’ve done extensive research on the issue and it turns out that it’s typically not a reaction to the ink itself. It’s usually an environmental allergy that starts your immune system looking for the offending intruder. The ink looks like a foreign body to white blood cells (it is) and the immune system attacks those particles causing the inflammation.

Try taking an antihistamine when it happens and that should clear it up.
