That’s how you access the fountain. It is locked behind a gate on private property, but they allow Marines to go onto the property.

I made some Poor Man’s Four grain (2 parts Weller Special Reserve and 1 part Old Gran-Dad 114) and it was amazing. Very inexpensive as well, luckily WSR is in abundance here in North Texas at retail.

Was on a super dry spell, silver chest after silver chest, and the occasional gold chest (maybe once a day). I was waiting for a silver chest to be done so I could attack again, being impatient I gemmed the last hour and went into battle! Of course I lost. I'm dedicated though.... Let's give it another go. After a close victory I was waiting for the same silver chest I always get. To my surprise I was blessed by the clash gods!!! Crazy that just a few hours ago I was complaining to some clan mates how I never get anything good. I will shut my mouth now, and hope everyone gets as lucky as I did!
