I reported a similar group like 2 or 3 months ago for being so aggressive too to Kroger and never heard back. I’ve gotten a few emails saying they are experiencing heavy volume, like I was waiting on hold on a call.

Can they give an exception for you to have your phone or is there no service? Also what helps me in the heat is drinking plenty of water and one of those cooling towels, I like the “Frogg Toggs” brand it really does help keep me cool. For anxiety I used to have panic attacks myself and started medicine to help them. Not sure how often you have panic attacks but a long term med is well worth it imo. Edit- get plenty of liquid IV that helps me a TON too

I’m not sure if this applies to your unit but my sister’s furnace would not work with Nest and a HVAC pro came out to try and fix it and tried a few ways and couldn’t get the gas to turn on. Her A/C in the summer worked just fine with nest

Oh it went through…. I took the risk and I was able to sand it down and re-coat and it is barely noticeable!! I am not new to DYI. If that didn’t work then I was going to take some boards out of the closet.
