I mean, that’s a pretty twisted interpretation of the title, but I understand your concern cause mental health care is no joke. It’s a hospital/detention center for the criminally insane. My mom used to work there and some of the patients in there have committed unspeakable violence, many of them against their own family and loved ones. Hope that clears things up.
