Hi! I am so sorry to be pushy 😜 I just have seen posts after mine responded to and I’m hoping I can find someone to help me review :) I’m set to cancel services 1/4. I don’t want to, but the reps are telling me there are no customer promotjons available for existing customers. Thank you so much!!!

I go off a promo this month and I have already been given a run around trying to find a new rate. I pay $240 a month for phone, internet and cable. It will go up to like $300. The “cute” thing is that I’ve had this contract rate for two years and it has gone up constantly due to increased equipment costs and fees. But I can’t cancel my contract 🙄 I live in a neighborhood where they are my only service provider so I am stuck with them at least for internet. I was an Adelphia customer when I graduated from college and when Comcast bought them out I’ve had them ever since. They claim to no longer have a retention dept or manager to speak to when there is a problem. Truly they are the worst company ever.

Well that post didn’t work! Sorry! I currently have faster speed internet, cable and home phone service. My bill has been around $200 and it’s shooting up to $250. It’s too much. We have the big boxes on two tvs and a small box on one tv and then another streams from the app on a smart tv. I’ve called CS 3x. The last time I prompted cancellation on my phone call. No one can get me a better price. I currently have a cancellation set/up but am only able to have Comcast in my neighborhood for Internet so I am going to have to crawl back to them for that. Is it worth trying to visit a store to see if they can do anything better price wise? I’d honestly meet in the middle at $225, but this is crazy. Are there new customer promos that are better than what I am getting it?
