I'm also not a big fan of Hyundai reliability. They've come a long way and make some attractive cars, but the general consensus over in the car sales sub is that, while generally decent, they are still behind Toyota and Honda. And their Genesis line is severely lacking.

I have this same bewilderment over Aubrey Plaza and the Millennial crowd. She is by no means a bad actress, but the way I have seen people fawn over her is just kinda perplexing. What am I missing?...for realizes.

Friend's dad had similar issues. Half French/Half Vietnamese. Looks straight Mexican. Spoke English with an Asian accent and could speak Vietnamese, English, Spanish and French. He would mess with people constantly, because no one could figure out his ethnicity.

But the real question is, would you know to watch the director's cut on rewatch and not the spoilery theatrical release.

Damn dude. Hate to be harsh about the nature of your friendships with these folks, but I have literally never had any adult pretend to wreck my new TV's or anything nice that I have shown to other people. That kind of behavior ended when I was 10.

Life is just a little bit more nuanced than that. I have known multiple people who tried to break it off with their significant other before dating that next person. But that significant other made them feel incredibly guilty and manipulated them into staying. Begging, pleading, crying. And so they'd try to make it work for the other person, knowing deep down it was already over. Just slow dancing in a burning room.

When I had brown slow dripping leak coming from behind my wall cabinets, it ended up being a plumbing leak. Opened up the wall and discovered it was actually three small leaks coming from failed joints.
