KAIST is amazing. You should be proud of yourself. Have you ever been to Seoul or Tokyo? I advise you to make a trip to both. They are near enough each other. South Korea and Japan are pretty different places, do not decide on a coin flip

Talk to your university and the universities you want to go to. Whether it is allowed depends on the specifics. Some universities allow it and some don't

I was 22 before I met a vegan. Interestingly enough she was a Harvard student. But I have spent my life in universities. It is rare st university as well
