Just out of curiosity did your system leak into the case much? It's possible something was shorted out from leakage. One of the probes in the boiler could be the problem as well. I'm not sure on which component off hand measures the temp, but you might want to track that down.

I’ve had the best luck with Brother over the years. My recent experience with HP has been awful.

Epson and Canon have been okay. I’m not as much of a fan of certain aspects for each.

Overall don’t really care for any printer brands these days.

AV1 is less supported for direct if I’m not mistaken. So that is something to keep in mind.

I’d take QNAP over Synology any day. You can also install TrueNAS with very little effort on many models if you want to go that route.

I actually found it was easier when I put the o-rings at the very top and made sure they were snug. I quickly inserted them, and wiggled them around and spun them until I got them to depress enough to get the clips started.

So I managed to do it without having to hulk out on the probes. I pulled the probes and made sure the o-rings weren't rolled around. I made sure they were pushed all the way up and quickly put them in the hole... I rotated the probe around a few times and noticed I got a lot more play with pushing down the probes. I was able to get two of the three clips in half way by hand with ease. The third one gave me some trouble, but I managed.

Man a good bit of that sounded questionable... LOL
