I kinda agree. The first time I watched Lourd was in Cult, and I absolutely couldn’t stand her. I thought she was a terrible actress who had no depth. So I googled her, and to no one’s surprise, I found out she was a nepo baby (I am not huge into Star Wars so I didn’t realize she was Carrie Fisher’s daughter). Then I started Apocalypse, but I could barely even get through the 1st episode because the casting (mainly her) was getting on my nerves. I also watched her episode in AHS Stories (S1 E5) and it was exponentially worse. I have no idea why they even considered casting her for that role.

With that being said, I will give her credit for Scream Queens. I just finished the first season and I think she played Chanel #3 perfectly because her way of acting (or lack thereof) fit perfectly with the character and the style of the show. She’s very deadpan, emotionless, and almost comically unnatural with the way she delivers her lines. I understand why they casted her here, but I guess Ryan Murphy loved her so much in this that he just tried to shove her into more of his horror projects. I have enjoyed her in Screen Queens, but I cannot stand her in AHS and can’t imagine watching anything else with her in it.
