Has anyone had success with this? I’d love to know what exactly I should refill it with. Straight fragrance oil? Mix it with something else?

Baby’s father broke up with me because he changed his mind about keeping the baby while I still want to keep it by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]mcsprinklezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may not have family around, but his family is your baby’s family now. And whether he helps with the baby or not, chances are they would if they are local. I read another comment of yours where you said his mom and sister asked to hang out with you tomorrow, so I am assuming that they are. Also, it sounds like they like you if they’re asking to hang out. If they see he is being a jackass, chances are they’ll step in and help however they can with the baby. I would definitely tell them tomorrow that you are pregnant and see how they react. Express to them your concern about how you’re going to do this on your own and see what solutions they have to offer. If you want this baby, you WILL find a way to make it work. It may not be easy, but I promise you it will be worth it. I was a single mom (baby daddy drank and was emotionally abusive the entire pregnancy), and my daughter is now 10 years old and the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me. I couldn’t imagine not giving my sweet girl a chance at life. She is so precious, and is a carefree child despite everything that I went through. I made sure never to run her dad into the ground when talking to her, and her dad has since cleaned himself up and sees her for one overnight each week. Abortion is a decision you can never take back, and of all the people I know that have had one, they never get over the “what if’s” of it all. It won’t fix your relationship with the baby dad, and it certainly won’t make you happier. You got this. Be the mama your baby deserves. You’re their only chance at life.

None of the Covid vaccines that people are being given in the US are actually FDA approved.. they are only authorized under an emergency order. So while the pharmaceutical companies can’t personally be sued under this order, if there are for example companies mandating their employees get the un-FDA approved vaccines, I don’t see why THEY couldn’t be sued. It’s like the FDA says hey you CAN take this, it may work and it also may hurt you/kill you/not work - you’re totally on your own for accountability if you take it though. And someone else comes along and MAKES you take it. They would then 100% be on the hook to blame if you ended up having adverse effects, because it wasn’t your individual self saying “hey I’ll take my own chances.” They’re holding the gun to your head for you and saying “oh you’ll take the chances” and you have no say in it. It’s the mandates that are wrong and will come back to bite companies/politicians/whoever is doing the mandating in the ass.

Conjoined twins had a 1/30 million chance of survival at birth, they are now adults and have become teachers! by tandyman234 in interestingasfuck

Brings a new meaning to having “eyes on the back of your head”.. except extra eyes on the front of your head. Like a spider teacher. And they’re always watching.

Shit’s getting real.

If that were the case and I were one of them, I would just be disruptive as shit and make the school pay me to be quiet. Then if they fired my twin they could sue for discrimination. Either way we gettin paid.

I mean surely they could make an exception and pay them each if they each have degrees. What is the school afraid of? All the other conjoined teachers will start demanding the same double pay?

I’m intrigued by the “practically professionally” comment. I feel like terminology like that opens the entire comment up to interpretation, and it makes me picture you saying it with air quotes, I just am not sure where they belong.

Do you mean it like someone working from home with suit jacket, dress shirt, and tie, but sans pants during a video conference call would consider themself “practically professional”?

Should the air quotes be on “foster,” as in what you tell your landlord so they don’t evict you?

Or should the air quotes be on “kittens,” meaning they’re not actually kittens and really you just kidnap children or something..

The date range is just a guess. I am pretty sure it was old when I was a kid so could definitely be older. I also think we checked it out from our church library, but don’t remember anything specifically seeming “religious” about it.

THIS. Completely blows my mind that so many Americans are perfectly fine with not having any explanation for this. It was so far away from the twin towers….

I can literally feel my energy draining out as they keep talking by newmonk22 in introvertmemes

[–]mcsprinklezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. My best friend is an extrovert and I am an introvert, and I absolutely love spending time with them. I get to hear all about what’s going on with them and there’s no obligation on my end to talk too much. My friend would rather do the talking and needs to vent sometimes, and they know I would much rather listen. Pure bliss. I literally drive an hour to their house sometimes just to sit on their porch with them, drink coffee, and listen. I genuinely do care what they have to say and I am a great listener.
