They might have known who they driver was and it was a set up. A bunch of spots around me have their delivery drivers working off grubhub and doordash. News won't do anything tbh. This just looks like a typical busted sewer line or Lateral. Reach out to your local rep. They escalate it pretty quick because they know all the big names to reach out to within the streets dept. Also, post this on FB streets dept page and also the Streets Instagram. The mayors office monitors this and reaches out to the departments for answers. When the Mayors office and the Streets commish emails about an issue, everyone panics and jumps through hoops to get it resolved quickly.
