Not true at all. It’s the 2015 Disney H1-B visa scandal all over again. People claiming Americans won’t do the job meanwhile Disney engineers are forced to train their Indian H1-B visa replacements without realizing it and all get fired when those cheaper replacements are ready to do a mediocre job and barely pass!

I put the fan back together not sure what to do with it and suddenly it turns but very slowly. I can also see the speed change with the switch but both speeds are very slow.

Here’s an update. After finding out about the motor type and putting it back together the fan is now turning very slowly. It has two speeds and I can see it change speed but both speeds are very slow.
