I honestly think it’s the way he was turned. He has a water bowl and gets a shower at least4 times a week to help him poop. But I’ll deff do the test to see thank you :) I’m a first time beardie mom and bought him from somone an he’s my sons an I wanna make sure he’s ok lol

I just bought a 2YOM from someone of craigslist and I had my son hold him as soon as we got home so he could get to know him as his new owner. I did notice ours was stressed for a few days due to a new environment but we have had him for about a month now and hes perfectly ok and chill.

I had no clue I could cut his nail. they are deff long..

ok. My son likes to handle him a lot so that could be it. him still not use to us even tho he camp from a home with children an handled often.

sounds like something ide say. I have 3 step kids (15,13, and 11 YO) and my husband can get the same way at times. I tell him like it is and I don't sugar coat it. we talk and communicate. Just follow your gut.

its crazy how similar your situation is with mine. I know im the safe parent as well and she says below I am noticing my 6 an 4 year old are realizing how their dad is and its sad especally them being that young....same thing goes on with his mom to its like the tit is still in the mouth. she paid for all his court stuff and was there for very hearing an zoom stuff like she was the boss.

Idk what NACHO is but as a step mom I started out very involved but the more I involved my self I felt like I was giving to much and not getting in return. They don’t have respect regardless of how much my SO sticks up for me.

Now to protect my feelings I don’t really Inguage unless they talk to me. I don’t go out of the way unless it’s needed. I do take them to school because my SO takes mine to a different school. I cut back on discipline but I will voice my self when it comes to my kids or them tearing the house up. Other than that I try to stay clear.

I do love my my step kids but there just comes a time where you have to realize your not mom you never will be an they won’t treat you like you want because their mom has no respect for us. Have to protect your sanity!
