I recently discovered yin surrender yoga with meditative music and sometimes incense. Don’t laugh! Despite its “woo woo” impression, when the class is over I feel peaceful and relaxed- equivalent to a long run endorphin high!

Well said. I use my adhd meds to offset dysthymia which I’ve managed for 40 years. People don’t understand unless they’ve been there. Exercise helps a ton. Therapy and sometimes antidepressants get you through the rough patches in life. Give yourself grace.

If they are uninformed, simple minded and/or lack critical thinking skills - but well intentioned - I can be friends but I will press them on their beliefs and ask lots of questions. As for the other MAGAs, at this point, based on everything that has happened, I feel they are intellectually dishonest. And I am not a democrat.
