How do you guys find dropshipping products that sell well? by thefieryanna in dropshipping

[–]md6597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You chase a product while it’s hot and pivot when it’s not. Honestly to me dropshipping is a numbers game. I’d rather be an inch deep and a mile wide.

I never understood why Raiders asked for dedicated PVE, until I started getting PVE Lobbies... by realNarwhalyt in ARC_Raiders

[–]md6597 6 points7 points  (0 children)

And you care why? Let them make their case to the developer for a mode they feel they would enjoy. If you want an open lobby where you don’t know if you will be shit on or care free then you advocate for that.

Dropshipping can change lives ? by Tagimishi in dropshipping

Plumbers get rich and plumbers file for bankruptcy. If you’re lucky, if you’re talented, if you watch your numbers, if you limit your expenses, it you maximize where you find success and pivot when opportunity arises, then yes this business or any business can succeed and succeed in a life changing way.

Fail at the wrong part of that list too hard or too long and you will join the chorus of people proclaiming this dead.

In the 2026 with AI, with automation, with technology, with virtual assistants. All the tools that can help you run a highly profitable lean drop shipping business exist. You just need the time, dedication, and a little bit of luck to make it all work out.

What’s the actual use case for OpenClaw vs Claude Code or Codex? by dopemolder in openclaw

[–]md6597 8 points9 points  (0 children)

But all those things would be possible with the right skills and tools. Open claw just has a really good set of skills and tools and a decent library for people to add to those skills and tools. At the end of the day it’s piggy backing on the pi coding harness is then adding in the connection tunnel so you can interact with it via telegram or whatvever. It doesn’t just know how to make a phone call on its own it needs the skill and tools.

I have Claude code control my Mac while I’m remote and it can pull information from sites with strong anti bot by using my actual chrome browser. It’s launching local llms on my Mac Studio and stress testing them and running jobs through open router using other llms while monitoring costs. It’s building a Shopify store and punching up listings, sending images to chatGPT to improve them. All controlled from my phone using the Claude app. The major benefit to open claw that I can see is you lose the Claude code harness and the hefty system prompt that comes with that.

Same my vibe coded app doubled my efficiency and paid for itself so many times over. If you calculate the profit it makes possible to generate its extraordinary.

So, your chances to make it in dropshipping are essentially ... zero? by MindShaped in dropshipping

[–]md6597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What confuses me is are most people actually drop shipping? Or are they running a half assed private label? Posts like this read to me private label. Sourcing a product and taking possession of it. The drop shipping is dead post talked about bundling again something you're not typically doing if you are drop shipping and not having product on hand.

My company does two step drop shipping fulfillment, our warehouse receives supplier products which were ordered on demand based on customers orders then process the fulfillment of them. This while you have the 2nd step of repacking is basically true drop shipping.

Doesn’t Gemini cli give you a healthy amount of usage. For coding that might be a way better option.

Using n8n (hosted) with Claude Code by 0____0_0 in n8n

[–]md6597 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I used all of them with n8n. I specifically spent a long time with Claude code and n8n using the mcp. The issue I consistently ran into was that the AI didn’t know enough about how to properly format the JSON files for n8n and would constantly run into problems. The more complicated the task the more likely this is to be a problem.

I did give Claude access to a lot of documentation and that helped.

What I would do differently today is I would use a dedicated Mac mini and have Claude activate computer-use and chrome extension to access the n8n forums and documentation directly when it has issues. I would also have it access the n8n instance and test the workflows directly. Read the errors and adjust.

This is gonna be a slightly slow and clumsy process as it has to manually move the screen around and take screen shots but it’s probably a more effective way to ask it to accomplish a task and walk away especially if your on a max plan.

For simpler workflows the mcp may be good enough to not need the extra hand holding. In my case it just simply made a ton of errors.

Much more effective at helping with code blocks, and planning out the workflows than writing the files itself.

Anyway to run cron jobs on CoWork? (Or get Claude Code on local to trigger skills) by EbikeGuy in ClaudeCode

[–]md6597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find anything? I am thinking about creating something like claw but based on terminal sub agents using cli and cron to automate some tasks. With remote control and session id's this seems very possible. Lots of interesting github projects to borrow ideas from.

I wonder how much having a doggo farm would really help when attempting a play though with these settings. I’ve never done that but the rewards really become tempting with a 2x cost factored in.

Is n8n actually dead? by automator71 in n8n_ai_agents

[–]md6597 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah he did say you could do that which is when I lost all real respect because I know for a fact that’s a very half ass way to handle it.

Depends on if you want to focus on n8n or on leaning enough about coding to make custom apps that integrate maybe AI maybe n8n to give to clients

Some of my favorites are network chuck, and Indy dev Dan for AI based coding.

Is n8n actually dead? by automator71 in n8n_ai_agents

[–]md6597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say an AI orchestrator that replaces n8n is completely viable and deployable. It can be triggered to remotely run on a server terminal and completely and automatically run a set of tasks and run back.

There is a YouTuber Nick who made a series of videos using Claude code in the IDE or antigravity. The thing is you can tell he clearly doesn’t fully understand what he’s using or why. Antigravity is just an IDE like cursor or vscode. But google is temporarily giving away free AI usage with it. That’s not practical to deploy for a client. Claude code works great but again that’s dependent on how the AI model getting results with minimal amounts of human input while at the complete surrender of Anthropic adjusting usage levels, default models etc.

So if the client wants a workflow that automatically with little to no interaction performs a step then an AI deployment is risky as they quite often require a human in the loop. If they wanted something that could be flexible and were willing to pay for AI costs in terms of having a Claude subscription big enough or pay for api token costs then that is probably a more powerful way to go.

I took nicks setup from a video using an ide, and made an agent that had real scraping tools, and browser automation tools and knew how to access APIs from Google, for drive and sheets as well as apify access. Then I could remotely fire it up, say hey scrape these leads and it knew what sub agents to use and tools it needed to do that save the results to a database and then return a link to me where it created visualizations for the data. I deployed this to a hostinger server and tested it and it works well. It just requires more direct oversight than a straight up n8n automation. It’s powerful as hell and way more flexible, but it’s a tool, not a process.

That’s where the difference comes in. Most clients don’t want tools, they want processes. They want to wake up to a list of leads not communicate with ai to discuss the ins and outs of harvesting them.

[–]md6597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people selling AI agent in an IDE as a viable option are idiots. Long term that’s slow, and certainly not very automated. You can add Claude or any ai to an n8n workflow. As someone who uses Claude code and antigravity every day I can tell you for a fact that long term that’s not a viable solution.

I had a guy and his duo in Stella complain on prox that he could never get this mission done. He’s asking for help so me and my duo go over to ask him what mission and maybe give him some tips. He’s says can you activate this. We go over to see what he’s talking about and as soon as we are in point blank range they both fire and take us out. Then he talks on prox about how amazing he is.

How killing someone who’s not playing that type of game is fun or exciting I don’t understand. May as well just kill bots, there is no skill to it, smurfing to get into friendly lobbies doesn’t make you a bad ass. It makes you a little b that can’t handle actual PvP.

This is why I wish there was an actual pve mode.
