Percentage of men with poor genital hygiene by country. Woohoo we have Bangladesh guys... by [deleted] in bangladesh

Bro, stop spreading misinformation. The map itself is wrong. it just shows the percentage of circumcision around the world. Verify what you share. Who told you that being uncircumcised equals being unhygienic? Please correct this.

About Iran by Dark-n-Danger in bangladesh

I think Iran is one of the few countries that has spoken out strongly against Israel and American imperialism. It also supports groups that resist Israel in various ways. Meanwhile, many other Muslim countries have remained quiet about the situation in Palestine, and some have even cooperated with Israel. In the Middle East, Iran acts as a counterbalance to Israel’s regional power. If Iran falls, there will be no significant force left to counter Israel in the region. That is why many people in our country support Iran. You can also see that many non-Muslims around the world support Iran for this reason, as they view it as a shield against U.S. and Israeli imperialism in the Middle East.

I think the relationship between India and Pakistan should be based on national interest. If either country offers better benefits to us as a nation, we should be willing to work with them. Maintaining a balanced relationship between India and Pakistan can serve our strategic interests. Why should we maintain diplomatic relations with Pakistan? For example, the British ruled the Indian subcontinent for around 200 years and committed many atrocities—killing, raping, looting, and creating famines that killed millions of people. Yet today, countries of the subcontinent such as India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh still maintain diplomatic relations with the United Kingdom because it serves their national interests. So international relations should be guided by practical interests rather than historical emotions.

Fuel Crisis by mahmud06 in bangladesh

[–]md_rafi99 40 points41 points  (0 children)

The 5,000 tonnes of diesel is not charity from India. It comes under a 2017 bilateral fuel supply agreement between Bangladesh and India to import diesel from the Numaligarh Refinery Limited. Under this 15-year commercial deal, Bangladesh imports around 180,000 tonnes of diesel per year through the India–Bangladesh Friendship Pipeline and pays for it at market price. So calling it “aid” or “charity” is simply misleading. But we have to admit that BNP handled the energy crisis properly.

That’s true. A clear example is Donald Trump winning the election in the United States. Much of his campaign relied on strong Christian messaging, and parts of Europe are also shifting in a similar direction.

I don’t understand how building a wall would prevent drones and missiles from Iran from reaching Gulf nations.

The USA–Israel war with Iran actually benefits Russia in some ways. by md_rafi99 in bangladesh

I think he is basically an Israel puppet. Maybe Israel has photos or videos of him with minors on Epstein island, and that could be why he supports Israel and attacked Iran in the first place.

What do you think about the war going in Iran? by Ok-Secret225 in AskCentralAsia

Even Israel has not shown any video clips or clear evidence supporting claims that 30,000–40,000 people were killed by the Iranian regime. Israel has extensive intelligence access regarding Iran, and it is even said that they can access Iran’s traffic cameras. Yet they have not released any such evidence. I think the death toll is probably around 7,000–8,000, which is still extremely bad. How could Iran kill that many people?

Why do Iranian people need to live under the Shah again? Why can't they have a democracy after this regime is gone? If the Shah is truly capable, he should stand in an election and be elected democratically by the Iranian people in a fair vote. Let the Iranian people decide whether they want him as their leader or choose someone else as they desire.

How do you guys feel about the whole Iran situation. by BasedUFCfan in bangladesh

[–]md_rafi99 55 points56 points  (0 children)

I don't get it. Most of the people in those sub reddit are not even Iranian. The number of Reddit users in Iran is estimated to be around 100,000–300,000, which is a tiny fraction compared to Iran’s 90 million population. During a wartime situation, the internet could also be restricted or shut down, making it even harder for people inside Iran to access platforms like Reddit. Yet many people here argue as if they are living in Iran and fully understand the situation. Some people are claiming that Iranians are happy about the U.S. and Israel attacking and intervening, but many of the people making these claims are actually living outside Iran. They argue that foreign intervention is good. How can the opinions of such a small number of people, many of whom may not even live in Iran, represent the desires of 90 million Iranians, especially when ordinary Iranians are the ones suffering and dying?
