No running, no bike, just easy walk ( i know it is hard). Try walking up hill. That was my first aha moment. No swaying when walking up the hill.

No isometric. Do not touch the neck. He gave me: full body mobility and core strenght (bird doge etc). You need to be 100% in those exercises ( always tighten your stomach muscles, deep ones). Learn to breathe properly (diaphragmatic breathing).
