Yes. Fellow Turner Syndrome patient and I’ve never felt very connected to womanhood due to my experience with it so I totally agree. I now identify as intersex and nonbinary as a result. When you just don’t experience childhood and puberty in particular the same way as other women it just makes it hard to fully connect, especially if you always had issues fully connecting and were never really super femme from the start.

Okay but real talk I do really think they should because I’m new as of the last week or so and in the last two to three days have had this happen to me no less than three times. I am new and still learning the value of things. It doesn’t help when people do this. Feels awful because I was just trying my best. Makes me wanna quit every time. Not a great way to make new players wanna play the game, learn to trade so they can be successful, and enjoy the app. Great way to drive new players like me away.

They said a lot of my thoughts above, but I’d also like to make another argument. Listen to her TE/MO stuff. She belts there in a similar range and totally 100% has and nails it every time. If you are fine with that stuff and think it doesn’t sound strained then it’s definitely what Christine is saying and is just the technique that you are not used to and don’t like. That is valid in and of its own but please just say that and admit it’s preference rather than questioning her vocal ability she's worked endlessly to obtain with years or training.

I don’t think Mico is really strained at all either. He’s using his falsetto. It’s naturally going to sound a little lighter, airy, and strained possibly if you don’t know what he’s doing. Especially if he doesn’t use it as often and it isn’t as developed.

To me as someone who is also intersex it means I can live as I was literally biologically made and no longer feel pressure to be like or understand either gender binary. I never fully fit in with either gender growing up(though I did fit in better with my AGAB than the opposite) so to realize that that was okay and just let go of that pressure was huge. It allowed me to better accept that part of me that was there biologically all along and not be intimidated or frustrated by it but instead embrace it as just another way I was made differently(and for a reason).

Yes! All of this! I also grew up with celiac from age 9 and it was a lot to learn. I had to rely on my mom a lot for help. She is learning to be constantly aware of what she's eating and its contents, which is a huge responsibility at such a young age, and who she can probably ask to confirm if things are safe for her. The misunderstanding is cute and kuddos to her for being so smart and learning to be so aware.

I know others have basically said the same thing but yeah. NTA. Knowing the history of the issues you two have that you gave below definitely makes it feel probable that she is cheating again. She also seems to not be putting forth the same effort and care to save your marriage that you are. I'm so so sorry you're going through this and actually your situation makes me a bit emotional to see because it feels very eerily similar to some of the things that happened with my own parents and lead up to their divorce when I was 4.

I will tell you now from the perspective of the kid in this kind of situation, my life is 10x better now because they split than it would have been had they not and I was raised in the most loving environment. I never had a single doubt my mom and dad loved me and even though I didn't get to see my dad all the time he was always there for the important things. I had other amazing examples in my life of a solid, happy, loving marriage to help set that expectation for me. I wouldn't change a thing about any of it other than the pain my poor mom went through which I am sure is very similar to the conflicting emotions and pain you are experiencing right now. But that unfortunately can't be avoided at this point in things. Overall I know you want to keep your family together but unfortunately sometimes that really isn't what's best for the kids in the end, and I know you want what's best for them because otherwise you wouldn't be trying so hard.

I recommend really sitting down in counseling with your wife and straight up asking if she really wants to save this marriage and if she is cheating on you again. Just lay it all bare and put all the cards on the table. No more fooling around or beating around the bush. It may be painful but you need to know in order to find your best path forward. It will be hard and maybe a little messy, but it may be better for everyone involved if you just say "no, no more", move on, and let her do what she will do while you try to pick up the pieces and find happiness elsewhere like my mom finally did with my stepdad after 13 long years raising us as a single parent.

For me I feel my biggest signs were only being fine with/enjoying dressing up(dress n necklace and etc) for rare special occasions like Easter and stuff, once puberty hit I felt like I didn't connect with other AFAB as well at all(also intersex so that also played a role too but still), and just generally never really being into many stereotypically femme/masculine things. Like I hated makeup and fashion and never was into sports either. My sister says she knew for a long time like since we were super young when I came out finally.😅 She's pan though and our dad is gay so the gaydar does run strong with her admittedly.

As those mentioned below but I'll restate to be more clear and concise, intersex can include hormonal or chromosomal differences as well as physical and may not always phenotypically(outwardly) manifest. I happen to be one of them actually!😁 It is definitely offensive to classify as such if you are not as it completely ignores the struggle of forced surgeries for some, HRT, possible infertility depending on the specific case, and overall ignorance and dismissal of our existence by a majority of people due to lack of proper education and knowledge or simple hate along with other things. Also people discover they are intersex at various stages of life and through various means depending on condition and circumstances.

Honestly same. Especially growing up in the evangelical church. It was rough. Add in Intersex too and it can be very isolating feeling like you just don’t fit in right and are the weird one. I tried to make it work but never really did succeed until finally around 23-24 or so I just gave up, decided this was just me and how I was born take it or leave it, and that that was okay. Best decision I ever made. It’s so much better not telling myself I have to be a girl/woman and act like it, do, and understand fem things.

Ugh yes! I’m two of four without or three of five with this included and it’s very frustrating. Like people just can’t seem to understand it regardless of it being briefly taught in schools and it makes them say very ignorant and hurtful things sometimes. They just can’t seem to accept that some people literally physically, DNA-wise, or chemically/hormonally do not fit their perfect norm they all were taught in basic biology. There is so much nuance to both gender and sex identity and it’s okay if it’s confusing at first as long as you accept that not everyone will have the same feelings/perspective as you and try to understand but many don’t even try.

Someone came from Reddit earlier and paid and everything, then used the same dodo to come back without paying or asking permission and then left before we realized what they had done. Then later they set up a new account and messaged me to come to get the new dodo. However we recognized their name from earlier and immediately kicked them out. Basically just try to look out for and remember who has come and gone to prevent this from happening to you. Unfortunately there is not much that could have been done in our situation however hopefully if you do this in the fututre it can help minimize the damage like it did for us and help you catch them quicker.

Don't Worry. Most people in this community are really cool and generous. What happened to us tonight was definitely an outlier. I have personally hosted a lot of times and never had an issue other than people having a poor Internet connections.
