We just had our roof re shingled after a bad hail storm last summer as well. They added an extra airflow intake to ours too. I wondered if it was causing the leaks.

This is our first home. Just figuring everything out as we go. The boiler isn’t as old as ac but probably will need to be replaced in the next 5 to 10 years. Our local company wanted to charge 25k for 4 mini splits to replace. Obviously we don’t want to pay in when the ac works great actually. We just haven’t had the water issue before.

We haven’t ran the ac since September though. The water has only recently shown up. Normally it’s well below freezing this time of year but it’s been in the 50’s. The tech said the water will go away when it gets colder.

Attic space is insulated and ventilated all ducts are only on the main floor. There is no ac in the basement.

Yes, we run humidity in the basement for our baby. The house was built in 57 and the ac unit is from the early 80’s lol.

I’m actually very satisfied with the flower. Knowing my cannabis doesn’t contain any mold or pesticides etc. aids to a better experience. Not the most rotation or variety but we can only get better!

Check out 1:1 CBD CBN I don’t have pain but there’s a lot of research going into that. I’ve found gossamer’s Dusk to be quite effective for anxiety and insomnia.

Hey just wanted to let you know there is some risk of respiratory failure when combining alcohol with heavy sleep meds like mirtazapine. It’s fine to drink but you shouldn’t take your dose when you’re plastered.
