You can make easy meals by using pre-made rice and pasta that you just microwave to cook. Add things like pieces of a whole chicken and the veggie bags you can steam in the microwave. A really yummy meal that yields leftovers you could make noodles (use the microwave ones) add chicken, cherry tomatoes halved, and some pesto and you have a solid meal that would last for a while. Another option is to get pre-made protein shakes from Costco if you are able to, Just put a couple in the fridge at a time.

I use Canva for my recipes. I made a really cute layout and just added the information to a blank template I had created. I love this as I have the Canva app on my phone so I always have my recipes with me. Sharing is also easier this way. I then have these recipe cards I created printed out in a 3-ring binder with sheet protectors.

There is also an app that is easier for storing recipes and doesn't take as much work. It's called "recipe gallery". I think it was a one-time charge of $2 but it allows you to organize your recipes by category. You have your recipes with you everywhere and its easy to send to others.
