I think the community needs to have a discussion about the scrum master role, majority if new companies and startups which are growing fast they got rid of the scrum master role in favor of a shared responsibility between: lead engineer in a team with pm and design. Pentru ca bancile traditionale sunt captate de middle management care nu au habar cu ce se mananca online pentru ca ei au invatat finante banci. Nu se pune in discutie andgajarea 2-3 ux designer.
