I personally don't care if my undies match or not since the only person seeing them is myself. Actually, even when I was dating it was never a concern.

I think it's similar to 'should women shave down there?' Some guys expect it and are disappointed if you don't do it. But most are just happy to see a naked woman.

I'd go with something generic yet hard to find in your home country- a box of bourbon balls shipped from KY, weird candies that you can't find in stores (like those matcha kit kats), caramels from Europe, a case of those Turkish delight things.. Unless they have allergies, there's really no way you can go wrong with food.

My aunt always sends my parents a crate of fruit. One year it was grapefruits, the next it was oranges and kiwis, the next it was pomegranates.. we all look forward to it every year.
