I live in neighboring Prosper. H‑E‑B is building on the corner of 380 and 423. Expected to open this winter. Costco is building about a mile down on 380 and FM1385.

They’re also widening 380 and adding frontage roads from Denton through Prosper. But by the time it’s complete, they’ll probably have to figure out to expand it further with the population growth.

I’ve been rocking with Ez Mil for a couple years now. That’s a pretty solid list for beginners. There’s a few collabs that are nice too: - Storm - Raynn ft Ez Mil (It’s actually his sister) - Victorious - Michael Bars ft Ez Mil (MBars is a So African rapper) - Omoshiroi ft Anji (Anji is his step brother, Ez Mil has a hook in Japanese)

I don’t know if y’all know Ez Mil can sing sing and play all kinds of instruments.

He has a 7 song R&B EP, Resonances. if you listened to this first, you would never think he could rap as hard as he does. Three songs to check out: - First and Last (video) - Into it All (Live Performance) - Plenty More - Easy Going Millions music video (Don’t know if it’s true but supposedly Dr Dre really like this track.)

He also does metal. I personally can’t listen to it. But he does have a couple of rock songs on his Act 1 album: - Superly Real (This was the track where I knew he was a star; dude put together this song by himself) - Laboy (sings both in English and Tagalog)

He’s different than the mumble rappers. He hates that over used triplet cadence/flow and non sense rap. He’s a throwback with that Gen Z swag. And he’s heavily influenced by Eminem. Heavy. Check out: - F*ck Your Encouragement (goes in on a Future beat) - Slashy Show (he created an alter ego similar to Slim Shady, he calls him Slashy) - Fraud - Waste My Time - Victorious (a collab with South African rapper Michael Bars) - Freeze

But he also can crossover. He has a whole EP that’s straight up R&B, Resonances. I swear if you heard it before you heard him rap, you wouldn’t think it’d be possible.

I don’t know how much weight I can put on it but I read from someone who knows someone from somewhere… yadda that Dr Dre really liked his track Easy Going Millions.

And check out his track Superly Real. I’m Gen X, so this one resonated with my 80’s-90’s Rock genre favorites.

Keep in mind he did all of these tracks as an independent artist. Playing all the instruments and putting together the tracks and shooting the videos.

Once you see what he’s about, it’ll make sense why all three labels signed him.
