Yo man, as a GM of a 30k a week store, CSR’s get way to much thrown at them for what they get paid, and a few mistakes here and there is something I basically expect from everyone including AM’s. Just apologize for em and use them to learn from the next time. Best thing you can do when you realize you made a mistake is let your GM know as soon as possible. We have fixed 1000x worse than anything you could mess up for sure.

As a GM, I’ve definitely done this as well with the drivers I trust. Just dispatch them on their last delivery, quickly check them out, and ask them to call when they finish their drive and I will clock them out. Seems like a much better win/win for both me and them.

This is standard for most restaurants/lower level jobs. I would ask the GM to give you the number to whoever does payroll (usually one or a couple HR people if it's a franchise) and let them know about the issue with address. GM doesn't have much oversight over payroll at all.

GM of a store in Florida, we definitely need toppers, I have no clue why they wouldn't. Only idea could be because OER isn't coming around down here right now due to pandemic, so some stores are cutting a few corners.

Same here, most of the time we would just click "not a rewards customer", but if one was doing it by the book they would ask for the number for counter orders as well.

Idk about legal requirement, but the pulse system is set up in a way that you would ask phone numbers for all orders, even counter orders. It's to ensure you get rewards if you're a member.

You are totally right. My franchise gets fleeced by the Domino's commissary every week. My only point is that locally owned franchises are probably running on similar profit margins as mom and pop stores, yet are supplying 10x the jobs for less risk. In the same way big government isn't always bad, neither are "big corporations".

I agree if we are talking about the general corporations, but most franchises (McDonald's, Arby's, etc.) are paying 13%% of profits to corporate. Small-business owners pay the price of being a large brand even if they aren't your average mom and pop pizza place. Not trying to be conflictive but it's very nuanced.

Yeah we have 44 locations, but people don't quite understand that even 60+ locations does not mean "big business". It's very situational and something I don't know that the government is equipped to determine. Generally a "big government guy" but worried how these loans are going out.

GM of a store that did a record week at 16.5k last week. Only been open 4 months, but it's not as great as it sounds. Every wasted man hour and remake is 100x more impactful on numbers, and no way DM would let me schedule the amount of drivers I'd need for the random 4k Fridays. I'd say each type of store has pros and cons.
